Voraevo Terms of Service

Voraevo is a healthcare staffing coordination platform operated by Bryti Health Corp. (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the platform. By using Voraevo, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to support@brytihealth.com.
Service Description
Voraevo helps healthcare staffing agencies and their workers coordinate shift assignments, credential verification, time tracking, and billing for placements at participating facilities. Access is provided to authorized users of participating vendors and their workers.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Voraevo only for its intended staffing coordination purpose. You will not: impersonate another user or vendor; scrape, mirror, or bulk-export data you are not authorized to access; attempt to reverse-engineer, penetration-test, or otherwise probe the platform without written permission; or use Voraevo to send unsolicited communications.
Accounts and Access
Accounts are issued to authorized users of participating vendors. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify support@brytihealth.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
SMS Notifications Program
Program name. Voraevo SMS Notifications, operated by Bryti Health Corp.
Description. Transactional account notifications to opted-in healthcare workers — urgent shift availability alerts, credential review status updates, and account notices.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Voraevo SMS Notifications at any time. Opt-out is also available in worker portal account settings.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@brytihealth.com.
Consent. SMS consent is off by default and enabled only by the worker in their portal account settings.
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Voraevo platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bryti Health Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Voraevo platform. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
